What’s for breakfast?

Breakfast is of course the most important meal of the day, but I like to keep it light. It’s nice to add some carbs to your breakfast sometimes because you can burn them for energy throughout your morning with that cup of coffee on the side! ☕️👌🏼

• Avocado egg sandwich on rye bread
• Sunrise tacos (street mini tortilla with one scrambled egg, sprinkle of fat free cheese and hot sauce)
• Boiled egg whites

• Scrambled egg whites
• Whole-wheat toast with fat-free cream cheese
• Protein shake (using almond milk)
• Fruit smoothie (using almond milk)
• Greek yogurt
• Fresh fruit
• Oatmeal (Old Fashioned Oats or Steel Cut)
• Parfait (Greek yogurt, granola, berries)
• Omelette
• Egg white burrito with veggies (whole-wheat tortilla)
