The Method
1. On med-high heat, sauté onions and garlic until transparent and fragrant. Add in ground beef and break down. Add a generous amount of salt and black pepper to beef. Cook until done.
2. Add in jalapeño peppers and sauté with meat for a few minutes. Then, toss in all bell peppers. Add salt and pepper to the bell peppers before mixing them in. Cook for a few minutes. Lastly, add in cans of beans and tomatoes and lightly salt them. Mix everything together well.
3. Add in a generous amount of garlic powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, crushed red pepper, black pepper, and cumin. Then, add in your chilli packet. Mix in really well! Add in 1/2-1 cup of water and cover to cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.
