I wanted to give a little insight on what it is I’m doing in my food and exercise plan. I started on January 1st, 2020 and still going strong! I lost 7 pounds in my first 10 days and super excited about it! It was mostly water weight, but I feel damn good!
Anyway — I wanted to breakdown exactly what I am doing from exercise to eating healthy so you could understand what type of plan I am on. It’s nothing special, honestly. Just making some minor adjustments to do my daily lifestyle and major adjustments here and there. So far, it’s been easy and I’m only hoping it’ll get easier! So let me break it down for you.
What you consume is more important than the calories you burn at the gym! It’s important to eat healthy. Here’s what I’m doing:

As for exercise, I try to go to the gym five days a week. I do this because I’m used to it and it’s possible for me — for the most part. However, if you’re not used to going to the gym or you’re extremely busy with kids, etc., then aim to go 2-3 days a week at least for 30-60 minutes.
Here’s what I do at the gym:
So overall, I do all those cardio workouts along with abs every time I go to the gym. And for the rest, I alternate different days and add it to the end of cardio. My goal is to hit 500 calories every time I go to the gym! Sometimes I hit higher and other times I hit lower, but I don’t beat myself up. I do what I can for that day! Some exercise is better than none.
